Iain studied at the Royal College of Art where he gained a Masters Degree in 1995.  He then specialised as an Architectural Wood Carver and Restorer and has run his own workshop since 2004. Work undertaken ranges from small scale lettering to major building restoration, encompassing ecclesiastical, vernacular and private buildings.
