Chris Topp & Co design and
manufacture new ironwork particularly in genuine puddled wrought iron, and is
happy to work in ancient or modern styles.
The company is the leading restorer of antique ironwork, undertaking restoration
and replication work to the client's specification. Special antique irons are
manufactured for use in high class architectural work, particularly sheet
charcoal iron, which is also used to make armour.
Chris Topp also administers The Real Wrought Iron Co., which supplies puddled
wrought iron to smiths all over the world. A consultation service for the
renovation of wrought iron, cast iron and steel is also available.
