At the conclusion of the Consortium's AGM, the Secretary on behalf of the judging panel for the Foundation's 2010 Bursaries, announced the winners awards. The awards were presented to the recipients present by Consortium President Peter Addyman.
The winners were:
To assist the taking on of a new apprentice:
£2,500 to picture restorer David Everingham - the HHA (Historic Houses Award) (see picture above)
£2,000 - to blacksmith Nigel Barnett
£3,000 - to blacksmith Don Barker the combined Freemasons and Merchant Taylor's Award

To assist increased skills or knowledge:
£1,500 to carpenter Thomas Beeby, to assist with travel costs associated with his SPAB William Morris Fellowship

£700 to Darren McLean for a West Dean course on the conservation of historic floors

£700 to Jodie Dodgson of the York Glaziers Trust for a "Chemistry for Conservators" course

£600 to archivist Carol Peacock to meet travel costs for an internship at Cambridge's Fitzwilliam Museum.
The President then presented the Consortium's Trophy and prize for the best portfolio of work produced by a craft student at York College to Tom Soare, apprentice stonemason with Matthias Garn.
