W.R. Dunn & Co. Ltd. was established 30 years ago, in this time we have developed an impressive portfolio of conservation related projects, ranging from minor maintenance repairs through to extensive refurbishment and conversion, all varying in size, complexity and budget.
Our conservation experience is across both the public and private sectors, with our team of Chartered Building Surveyors operating throughout the UK. W.R. Dunn & Co. Ltd. is featured on various approved lists for conservation advice, and our Managing Director, Richard Dunn, is included on the highly regarded list of Chartered Surveyors Accredited by the RICS in Building Conservation. Our team of Chartered Building Surveyors, alongside the practice’s team of Architects, will advise clients on all aspects of property maintenance, design and development, including condition surveys and quadrennial inspections through to short and long term maintenance, refurbishment and adaptation.
